1. Who We Are
dreamshorts.ai is operated by Dream Shorts Studio. These Terms govern your access to and use of the service.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing dreamshorts.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The following also form part of these Terms: our Privacy Policy, Billing & Refunds, Content Provenance & Copyright, and 18 U.S.C. §2257 Exemption Statement.
2. Adults Only
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you are, to use this service. This service contains adult content and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Before entering the service, you must confirm that you meet these age requirements. This is your declaration, not an identity check or independent verification of your age. You can read the linked Terms before confirming, or leave the service.
We may require age verification and may refuse or terminate access where it cannot be completed.
3. What This Service Is
Dream Shorts Studio produces every work published on dreamshorts.ai. We do not accept, host, or publish content submitted by users. There is no upload, posting, or public-sharing function on this service.
4. Your Licence to View
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream our content for your own private viewing. Nothing more is granted.
5. What You May Not Do
You may not:
- download, record, screen-capture, rip, or otherwise copy our content;
- re-upload, mirror, host, hotlink, or redistribute our content on any other service;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access control, watermark, geographic restriction, or technical protection measure we apply;
- remove, alter, or obscure any watermark or credit;
- use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model;
- sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit our content;
- share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials; or
- attack, probe, scrape, or overload the service.

6. Prohibited Content
Dream Shorts Studio maintains an absolute prohibition on content depicting, or appearing to depict, any minor. This applies regardless of whether a depiction is synthetic, animated, virtual, or otherwise, and regardless of any assertion that a character is fictional or of legal age.
We do not produce, publish, or permit such content, and we will cooperate with law enforcement in respect of it.
We also do not produce or publish content depicting any real, identifiable person.
7. Intellectual Property and Complaints
Infringement notices. We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that content on this service infringes a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right that you own or are authorised to enforce, send us a notice containing: (a) identification of the protected work; (b) identification and location of the material you say infringes it; (c) your name, address, and email, and the rights holder you represent if that is not you; (d) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We operate a notice-and-takedown process modelled on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA): we review every complete notice and remove or disable access to the material where the notice is well founded.
Complaints about content. Anyone may report content on this service that they believe is illegal or otherwise violates these Terms or the standards of the payment networks we work with. All complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt, and we tell the complainant the outcome.
Removal requests from people depicted. Any person depicted in a video or other content on this service may appeal to have it removed. No reason is required. We verify that the requester is the person depicted and, once verified, remove the content — within the same five (5) business days.

8. Your Account
Keep your account and password secure. Activity through your account is treated as yours. Tell us at service@dreamshorts.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Payment
Prices, coins, unlocks, subscriptions and refunds are governed by our Billing & Refunds policy.
Coins and unlocks are a licence to view content on this service. They are not currency, not transferable, and have no cash value.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create legal or security risk for us. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Termination does not refund coins or unlocks already purchased, except as required by law or as set out in our Billing & Refunds policy.
11. Service Provided "As Is"
The service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in any particular place. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Shorts Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the lesser of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 100.
Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it. After that it is permanently barred.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify Dream Shorts Studio against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service or our content.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. The courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
Nothing in this section removes any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
16. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the business.
