Dream Shorts Studio produces every work published on dreamshorts.ai. We do not host user-uploaded content, and every work is reviewed by us before it is published. If something we have published is unlawful, infringes your rights, or depicts you, this page is our Complaint Handling Process: how to submit a report, how we review it, what we do, and how we tell you the outcome.
1. What You Can Report
- content you believe is illegal;
- content that violates our Terms of Service — including anything covered by our Prohibited Content policy — or the standards of the payment networks we work with;
- content that infringes intellectual property you own or are authorised to enforce;
- content in which you are depicted — any person depicted may appeal to have it removed.
2. How to Submit a Report
Reports are made by email. That gives both of us a timestamped record. Send every report — illegal content, Terms violations, intellectual property notices, removal requests from people depicted, and privacy requests — to support@dreamshorts.ai.
Include in every report the title and episode (or the page address), what the problem is, and how we can reach you. We cannot resolve a report if we cannot identify the content or reply to you.
Intellectual property (DMCA) notices must also contain: identification of the protected work; identification and location of the material said to infringe it; your name, address, and email, and the rights holder you represent if that is not you; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
3. How We Review
- Receipt. Your report is handled from the business day it arrives.
- Assessment. We review the content against the law, our Terms, and the standards of the payment networks we work with. For intellectual property notices we check that the notice is complete and the claim well founded. For removal requests from a person depicted, we verify that the requester is that person — no reason for the request is required.
- Interim measures. We may restrict access to the content while we assess a report.
- Resolution. Every report is reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. If we need more information from you to resolve it, we ask for it, and the time you take to answer does not count towards the five days.
4. What We May Do
Depending on what we find, we:
- remove the content;
- restrict access to it, or edit the part complained of;
- take no action, where the report is not well founded — and tell you why; or
- refer illegal content to law enforcement.
5. How You Hear Back
We tell you the outcome by email, at the address you wrote from, within the same five (5) business days.
6. Repeat and Abusive Reports
We may decline reports that are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, submitted through impersonation, or intended to harass, and we will say so.
7. Law Enforcement and Regulators
Requests from law enforcement, courts, and regulators go to our legal contact. We verify the authority of the requester and respond to valid legal process. Legal process: support@dreamshorts.ai
