Every work on dreamshorts.ai is produced by Dream Shorts Studio. Nothing here is licensed in, scraped, aggregated, or submitted by users.
2. How It Is Made
Our production chain is documented end to end:
- Script. Our writers develop the premise, story, and dialogue.
- Characters — text to image. Every character originates from a written text prompt. Character images are generated from that text using licensed third-party generative AI systems.
- Motion — image to video. Video is generated from those character images.
- Post-production. Our team selects and sequences the footage, cuts it, grades it, scores it, and subtitles it.
- Review. We review every finished work before it is published.
We hold the records for each of these steps. We do not publish our production records, generation parameters, or prompts, but we can produce them.
3. What We Own
Dream Shorts Studio owns and enforces:
- Copyright in the human-authored and human-edited elements of each work — the script, dialogue, sequencing, editing, scoring, and subtitling — and in each work as a compiled and edited whole;
- Trademark rights in the Dream Shorts Studio name, marks, watermarks, and title branding;
- Our access-control and anti-circumvention measures, protected under 17 U.S.C. §1201;
- Our compilation, catalogue, database, and platform; and
- Our rights under the Terms of Service, which bind every person who accesses this service.
4. What You May Not Do
Except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service, you may not:
- download, record, screen-capture, rip, or otherwise copy our content;
- re-upload, mirror, host, hotlink, or redistribute our content on any other service;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access control, watermark, or technical protection measure we apply;
- remove, alter, or obscure any watermark or credit;
- use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model; or
- sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit our content.
5. What We Do About It
Where we find our content taken, we pursue every remedy available to us:
- takedown demands to the infringing party and to its hosting provider, CDN, and domain registrar;
- infringement reports to the platforms, app stores, and search engines carrying the material;
- reports to the payment processors and advertising networks monetising the material;
- claims under 17 U.S.C. §1201 for circumvention of our technical protection measures; and
- civil proceedings for damages, injunctive relief, and costs.
We pursue commercial-scale and repeat infringement to the fullest extent available to us.
