Statement of Exemption
All visual depictions appearing on dreamshorts.ai are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A, and from 28 C.F.R. Part 75, because:
- They do not portray any actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
- All visual depictions are exclusively synthetic imagery generated by artificial intelligence systems.
- No human models, actors, actresses, performers, or other persons appear in any capacity in any content published on this service.
Basis for the Exemption
Dream Shorts Studio does not commission, stage, hire, film, photograph, record, or otherwise capture any real human model, actor, or performer.
Every character we publish originates from a written text prompt. Character images are generated from text; motion is then generated from those images. No photograph, video, or audio recording of a real person is used as a source, reference, or input at any stage of this process.

Prohibited Content
Dream Shorts Studio maintains an absolute prohibition on content depicting, or appearing to depict, any minor. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the depiction is synthetic, animated, virtual, or otherwise, and regardless of any assertion that a depicted character is fictional or of legal age.
